Kansas does not offer non-resident concealed carry permits because its concealed carry license (CCHL) requires you to be a Kansas resident. However, Kansas is a constitutional carry state, which allows non-residents who are legally eligible to possess a firearm to carry it concealed without a permit, as long as they are at least 21 years old and meet some other legal requirements as long as the action isn't in a prohibited area.
