Iowa is not a Constitutional Carry State, meaning that no permit is required to carry concelaed, as long as the individual is over 21, legally allowed to possess the firearm, and not in a restricted area or under undue influence. This means that non-residents of Iowa can legally carry in Iowa given that they follow all applicable laws.
